Indoor Purification Systems Shipping & Return Policy

Indoor Purification Systems pays the shipping costs for you (U.S. orders only). Add $10 for orders shipped to Canada. You will receive the product you order within 10 business days (normally within one week for most products), unless otherwise stated. Canada orders normally take about 2 weeks to arrive once ordered. If you would like express delivery of your order, then you will be required to pay the difference between the added cost of express delivery, and standard shipping cost.

With IPS products, you are given a money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with such a product, and would like to return it within your money-back guarantee period, then you will be required to pay for the shipping costs back to IPS.

IMPORTANT: In order to receive a full refund on returns, you must return the unit in undamaged condition with warranty card, instruction manual, and in original packaging.
